Philippa Glover of CNC Robotics is a highly experienced business leader with proven experience in achieving sustainable business and people growth. She is an award-winning leader and a passionate champion of UK Manufacturing forming a perfect fit with the Manufacturers’ Alliance Community.

Her journey so far is peppered with accomplishments and her future full of progressive thinking potential, to shape the future of manufacturing in the UK.

Launching into her manufacturing career with a solid start as a Scientist for Proctor & Gamble in 2014, Philippa has earned her stripes managing roles in R&D; Quality; Product Development & Governance before joining CNC robotics to steer strategy and business development – evolving into her current role of Managing Director.

Currently, at the helm of CNC Robotics alongside an experienced and expert team of Directors, Philippa has big ambitions representing the UK’s leading robot integrator. Specialising in advanced machining applications and pioneering the use of robotics to improve the productivity of manufacturing across the UK and overseas, CNC are at the forefront of Industry 4 integrations.

She is also a passionate ambassador for UK manufacturing previously holding positions on the boards for ISCF and The Industrial Advisory Board for the Manchester Metropolitan University in addition to being currently on the board for MAKE UK and a Made Smarter Commission Member.

Upon deciding to join the Manufacturers’ Alliance as a member of the West Manchester Peer Group for MD/Senior Leaders, Philippa explained her planned outcomes of this particular membership,
