The Manufacturers’ Alliance are incredibly excited to announce the launch of the Progressive Leadership Fest, a new leadership festival created for leaders who believe business can be one of the most powerful forces for good in society and a driver of high performance.
Taking place on 13th May at The Wellbeing Farm in Bolton, the Progressive Leadership Fest will bring together MDs, CEOs and senior leaders who want to lead differently, with purpose, courage and responsibility and who know that people, performance and purpose can go hand in hand.
This year, we’re taking everything that people have loved about our past leadership conferences, the honesty, authenticity, inspirational speakers and the meaningful connections and are evolving it into something more immersive, more inspiring and even more impactful.
This isn’t just another leadership event.
It’s the start of a movement.
The Progressive Leadership Fest was designed and curated by us alongside a community of progressive business leaders who feel that leadership, as it stands, isn’t keeping up with the world we’re living in. Too many systems still reward short-term gain and disconnection, while people, communities and the planet are left behind. We believe there’s a better way and that business has a critical role to play.
On the day, you can expect inspiring keynote speakers, honest and thought-provoking panels, interactive workshops, roundtable discussions and intimate fireside chats, all designed to move beyond inspiration and into real, practical action that leaders can take back into their organisations.
