Team Leader Development Event

On 21^st September 2021 we will be launching our next Team Leader Development Programme with a mix of shop floor and office based front line managers from a mix of local manufacturing businesses.

This programme is for:

• Any front-line managers of people with responsibility for a team.
• People that are open to learning and developing their skills as a team leader.
• Team leaders that are looking to improve their people skills and lead better.
• People in supervisory roles that are keen to improve business performance.

The Team Leader Development Programme focuses on delivering tangible results and change for the person attending the course and for the business. Over the course of 9 months the team leader will grow in confidence and improve their leadership competence, which will enable them to better manage their team and improve department performance.
