Location: Virtual Zoom Meeting

Event employee exit...sabotage?

Your Sales Director has been approached by your Number 1 competitor with a very attractive offer…what do you do?

A. Say goodbye

B. Counteroffer & build a bright future together

C. Prevent the offer from even being considered

Clearly answer ‘C’ is the dream scenario and ‘B’ is hopefully possible, but ‘A’ can be the catalyst for serious damage to the business AND will probably happen to you at some point – NOW more than ever. Recruitment and retention are already critical issues for manufacturers who face challenges thanks to the Great Resignation, skills gap, and Brexit.

Are your employment contracts going to prevent this damage?

Join us next week to lift the lid on how to protect your business on senior/key employees exiting.

Employees who are leaving or planning to leave pose a risk to your business, particularly if they’re in senior or key roles. If they’re looking to join a competitor, they may be looking to gain a competitive advantage. The potential for leavers to take advantage of employers has been exacerbated by COVID-19 and increased home-working. Now more than ever, it’s important for businesses to be aware of how they can protect themselves against these risks.

During this webinar, we’ll focus on:

  • Key tips for preparing employment contracts in order to protect the business including your options on how to use the contractual provisions to your best advantage
  • Restrictive covenants – drafting, enforceability and enforcement

You’ll have the opportunity to interact and ask questions during the session.
