Operational Excellence Event

Attend this free peer group event for SME manufacturers, where we will be sharing best practice with others in similar roles to you on Operational Excellence. The day will run from 9:00am to 3:30pm and will cover:

• A case study of an SME manufacturer that is making strides towards Excellence.
• A thought leadership session on Operational Excellence.
• Discussion on current operations challenges.

The group will be facilitated by John Hardwick, who 35 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GSK, including a period as Factory Director for the Horlicks factory in Slough. He has a passion for change management and seeing the benefits of organisations taking a holistic approach to Operational Excellence.

This taster event is an opportunity to test the water for free and identify whether joining a peer group would benefit you and your business.
