Module Summary 

There are 8 core modules that make up the 3 month Coaching & Mentoring Development Program. The modules will typically be delivered for a full day every 2-4 weeks.

Clarity for all on what is expected from the program. Understand what a great coach / mentor looks like. Understand where you are now with your coaching and mentoring skills. Understand how you and your team learn. How to lead by example. 

Learn about yourself, areas of skill, strength and challenges. Insight around how your behaviours and personality affect others. Understand the theory of emotional intelligence. Explore the positive outcomes from being vulnerable. 

Learn how to develop excellent communication skills to foster the most productive coaching relationship. Gain clarity of establishing professional boundaries. Learn how to build mutual respect with your team. Understand people behaviour at a much deeper level. Explore negative loops. 

How to set clear goals and develop a high performing team. Gain an understanding of how, when and where coaching or mentoring can take place. The ideology around outcome focused discussions between the coachee / mentee. Being comfortable with failure. Learning the art of letting go.
